5 Things You Didn't Know that can Help you Study Better.Just Like exploring a cave, there are a lot of things that you probably didn't know about and can help you study better. Here are my top five that I have researched!
1- Exercise. You will need plenty of exercise. Exercising will give your mind a easy way to remember things and will also let you feel positive. 2- Eat Blueberries. Blueberries will strengthen your memory skills, making you memorize those equations, facts, etc, MUCH easier. Tell me if you get good results! 3- Sleep. I know this sounds funny, but sleeping will give you more energy. You can use that energy to study :) if you would like. 4- Read. Be a bookworm. Find something that you are interested in and read all about it :) ! 5- Smile. Smile often so you will develop a good positive structure and studying would be easier for you. TELL ME IF YOU GUYS GET RESULTS~! :) |
Surviving Your P.E. GradeP.E. is not always the best subject for many people. Some girls dislike the process of it. Change-Run-Change. But if you turn your bad thoughts around, P.E. is a class that can make you healthier, and, maybe even make you prettier? To survive a P.E. class, you first must always keep in pace. NO matter what you do, keep in steady, and finish strong. You can push yourself a little to make your running time faster. But if you feel uncomfortable in the push, don't keep it going. Sometimes, pushing yourself too much can make you faint. Next, as I talked about pacing yourself, you need to find your speed. IF you know you aren't the speedy type, then don't run fast. Run at a pace where you feel comfortable with but not too slow or you won't make that time! Remember that all in all, the grade is up to you. If you don't want to get a A, then that is your choice. However, if you DO want to ace that class, you better work for it :) It is all up to you :)

Good Meal Ideas to Eat Before a Big Test
Meals are food that give you energy. When energy, I mean the amount of eagerness you have to do something. Here are some meal ideas that you should include on your breakfast to prepare you for a big test.
Include - egg ( of any. Scrambles, boiled, etc.)- milk, orange juice, water. ( I prefer water.)- Oatmeal- Fruit ( esp. blueberry, banana, and apples.) -Walnuts, pecans, almonds ( any sort that fall in that category.) -Dark Chocolate - fresh vegetables -chamomile tea
* Stay away from high sugar fats. * Remember NOT to eat a HUGE Breakfast. You can get too full and fall asleep on the test. * Try to eat a normal breakfast. Don't try to eat anything that you don't usually eat on mornings, or your stomach will get a stomachache. However, if you are on of those who don't usu. eat breakfast in the morning, then you should get in a habit of eating breakfast. Breakfast is a meal that provides you the best energy for you do use throughtout the day.
